If farmer is not selected in the lottery process (both selected list and waiting list), then that farmer is eligible for the refund of Security deposit Agriculture Department will process the refund on respective account. |

If farmer has submitted the security deposit, but have not completed the application process then that particular farmer is also eligible for the refund (irrespective whether name appearing in selected list or waiting list), Agriculture Department will process the refund on respective account. |

Post lottery, waiting list farmer will be eligible for the refund of security desposit waitlisted farmer not chosen the dealer, then that farmer will be eligible for the refund. Agriculture Department will process the refund on farmer’s account. |
